Tool box

Great kids need great parents and with the right tools anyone can be a great parent! If you are looking for practical strategies, inspiration, encouragement and insight, then a Toolbox parenting group is for you. BBP runs workshops regularly.

Study groups & Home groups:

We have a range of small groups availible. These include Sundays at 7pm, Mondays at 7.30 pm, Thursdays at 10 am (held at the church). Women's group for working women meets every 4th Thursday of the month at 7.30 pm at 8 Ponui Place, Mairangi Bay.

Social network:

We have regular restaurant outings for anyone who would like to eat out with good food and good company.

For women:

A fun group of women meet for social outings, such as movies, ten pin bowling, dinner, etc. They have kayaked the Puhoi river, climbed the Harbour Bridge and visited the Matakana markets on a Saturday morning, and had several Christmas craft evenings.

Men's breakfast

Once a month a group of men meet at church for a cooked breakfast , and some input on an issue effecting blokes.

APW (Association of Presbyterian Women)

The APW meet every third Tuesday of the month at 10.30 am. Approximately 30 regularly attend and (amongst other things) organise an annual Mission lunch, a seniors Christmas lunch, catering, our popular parish picnic and visitation to retirement villages/homes.  Eve would love to hear from you if you would like more information, or please come on the day.
